I’d like to personally welcome each of you to ‘Culture Collab’. It’s an exciting time for ‘Culture Collab’ as we continue to grow and adapt, remaining always adaptable, motivated and responsive. Our organization is confronting a time of many changes and we’re meeting these changes during a time of larger nation-wide and global change. The world is an exciting area in which to work/study/play, and we’ll continue to meet and bring inspired people together in forums like this, to ensure ‘Culture Collab’ remains at the cutting edge.

We are also reaching out to ask if you would join our community and help us in achieving our mission to increase the number of culturally responsible individuals who excel academically, morally, spiritually and professionally, leaving the world with a positive impact. Since 2017, our community has strived to fulfill this goal by offering programs, hosting events and providing support. We have many exciting plans for this year and hope that you will be able to join us in our upcoming events.

Mackinley Byrd is a 22 year old Entrepreneur, Author and Radio Show Host. Having served 5 years in the United States Army National Guard. Mackinley Byrd made it successfully through training graduating as Military Police Officer, with this ambition. Mackinley yearned to run his own military operation . Soon later Mackinley Byrd founded the brand ‘Mac Mo-tve’ and became an avid youtuber at the age of 19. Mac Mo-tve is currently inspiring people from the U.S to London, all the  way down to South Africa with the bright message of Pursuing Your Passion!

Mackinley Byrd grew up in the area of Washington D.C called Chevy Chase, where he grew up reading books from Martin Luther King, to Malcolm X. Having a heart to lead, Mackinley became a peer mediator at the young age of 9. His mediation skills lasted through middle school, where fights and drug abuse was all to common. Having attended a District of Columbia Public School with the average grade of students being a ‘D’, Mackinley soon had ambitions and dreams of something greater. Attending church regularly Mackinley grew up with a strong spiritual backing, as well as supportive parents.

It wasn’t long until the Byrd family picked up and moved, starting life in small town Connecticut. There, Mackinley succeeded at making great friends and sticking to his dreams and ambitions. Having been labeled as special needs, in majority white public school, Mackinley was eager to graduate High School, and jump into God’s finest en-devours for his life. Having joined the military junior year of high school, it taught the young 17 year old warrior, Discipline, Courage and Team Work.

Currently Mackinley resides in Baltimore Maryland where he hosts a radio broadcast with the Gospel Network WBGR, Mackinley spends his free time, creatively and diligently writing, learning and discovering new ways of inspiring  the masses and leading individuals into becoming leaders of their own.
